1) OPENING CLAUSE
By placing an order on the ALTAR e-shop you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below.
2) ORDERING ITEMS AND SERVICES
No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and ALTAR unless, and until, an email is sent by ALTAR to you confirming that your order has been shipped. You must check that the details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by ALTAR of your offer to buy goods from ALTAR e-shop and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
We guarantee the product you ordered will be shipped in perfect condition.

3) ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order is accepted next business day at the latest. Its confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. You will be informed about shipping of your order by e-mail too. In case of some uncertainties we will contact you.
4) CANCELLING ORDER
You can cancel your order by e-mail or phone before the next business day.
5) SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped by mail. You can choose between two options of calculating the shipping cost.

7) PAYMENT
You can pay using PayPal, which accept also credit card payments. The order will not be shipped until we receive your payment.
7) DELIVERY TIME
Usual delivery time is 7-15 days within Europe, 15-30 days to other countries. If you don't receive your order in this time, please contact us.
8) ITEM REPLACEMENT
You may wish to exchange delivered item to another one. If you send it to us unused and undamaged, we will exchange it for another item of the same price reduced by the shipping cost (or you may pay for new shipping).
9) RETURNS AND WARRANTY
The customer is obliged to check the delivered item and immediately report contingent faults and damage to our company. We don't answer to damage caused by the carrier.
Unless otherwise indicated, all items are under 24month warranty. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
The warranty doesn't apply to faults caused by:
a) common using
b) wrong using of an item
c) wrong storage
Return process:
1) inform us about your problem by e-mail (you can use our Contact Us page)
2) send the item back to our address; add your address and the reason of returnig the item to the parcel
3) don't forget to add proof of purchase the item in our e-shop
Item return:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (undamaged, unopened, with all shrink-wrap intact) within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will refund you the full price of the item, but not the shipping cost.
All returns will be processed as soon as possible, at the latest 30 days from returning the item to us.
